Adnan is a Muscat born and raised lawyer, educated in the United Kingdom earning an LLB in Law from Leeds University (Hons.) dedicated 8 years to Royal Court Affairs where he was specialized in drafting bilingual contracts and english contracts as well as legal translation in both languages Arabic and English of many documents as required for the job. Licensed to advocate before the Primary Court and partner at (A&CO Law Firm).

During his time at Royal Court Affairs, Adnan was involved in many projects including but not limited to:

  • Assisted the Director of Contracts on an IT project for RCA, facilitating a collaboration between government entities and a foreign company for a digital service transition.

  • Managed procurement of Royal Tents, overseeing contracts and processes under the Director of Procurements and Contracts.

  • Contributed to the design and purchase of commemorative tokens, showcased in the RCA’s traditional ‘dow’ in the Netherlands.

  • Coordinated logistics, visas, and travel for foreign teams during the Army Day fireworks project, and translated relevant contracts and documents.

  • Drafted and translated official letters and communications for RCA’s Directorate General of Supplies to suppliers.

  • Assisted in the procurement of commemorative medals for outstanding service and collaborated with various government entities.

  • Worked as the Director’s assistant in RCA’s Procurement and Contracts office from 2016 to 2019, supporting day-to-day operations.

  • Led procurement and translation for His Majesty’s Camel Race trophies, from design to shipment.

  • Drafted bilingual contracts and translated documents for RCA projects.
